Charles Williams

Overview

Charles Williams is an LLB graduate from the University of South Africa with practical experience in litigation, legal drafting, and regulatory compliance within the South African legal framework. He also completed his practical legal training, he has developed a strong interest in civil litigation, corporate governance, and alternative dispute resolutions, with particular exposure to High Court and Magistrates’ Court procedures.

During his practical training as paralegal, Charles has been actively involved in the preparation of pleadings, and various court documents. His work has included matters relating to contractual disputes and employment-related matters, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of procedural law and litigation strategy.
