Overview
Khulasande Shongwe is an LLB Graduate from the University Of Pretoria, with a strong interest in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and commercial law. In addition to her professional interests, she has gained practical experience in third party claims, which has strengthened her analytical abilities, understanding of procedural and evidentiary requirements.

She has gained practical experience in labour hearings, tax disputes, divorce litigation, contract drafting, and High Court and Magistrates’ Court procedures, assisting in the preparation of legal opinions and court documentation.
