Overview
Noxolo Sifunda is a driven and commercially minded graduate of the University of Pretoria, holding both a BA Law and an LLB degree. She has a keen interest in Employment and Labour Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Dispute Resolution.
She has gained practical experience in labour hearings, tax disputes, divorce litigation, contract drafting, and High Court and Magistrates’ Court procedures, assisting in the preparation of legal opinions and court documentation.
Through this experience, she has developed strong analytical capabilities, meticulous drafting skills, and a sound appreciation for the commercial implications of legal risk and dispute resolution.
